All products are produced on a made-to-order basis. Upon placement of your order, our team immediately begins the customization process: designing artwork (where applicable), obtaining your approval, and commencing production. For this reason, once an order is placed, we do not offer full refunds under any circumstances. All sales are final.
If you need to cancel your order before production starts (typically prior to artwork approval or final confirmation), we will process a refund of 65% of the purchase price (plus any shipping fees paid).
Once production has commenced, no cancellations or refunds are possible, and the order is non-refundable.
In the rare event that an item arrives damaged, defective, or materially different from the approved design, please contact us promptly. We are committed to resolving such issues and will work with you to provide a replacement or appropriate remedy at no additional cost.
