Crafted by pouring liquid PVC into custom molds, layer vibrant colors to bring your unique design—such as unit insignias or branch emblems—to life. The patches are heated, cooled, and cured for lasting strength, then finished with a sturdy backing for easy attachment, typically using Velcro.
